Oh my god. I gotta say sorry first, because I had totally forgotten about this, I have my card done and so but I hate it xD I shall make you a new one it might take me one to two days, hope thats okay hun! :3
Okay lets start. The background really caught my eye, I absolutely LOVE those japanese/chinese letters or whatever it is, it gave the picture such an amazing kinda texture. Also I love that you used red, blue and white/yellow in the background. Those colors really fit well together and made the picture look amazing. This is so stunning. I cant stop staring *-*
Now for the real motive (Moon). I keep getting amazed by you and your talent hun, I mean the anatomy of the head is simply amazing. I love his ears and his neckfluff but also the eye. I love the eye. He looks a lil evil and I love it ;w; I love that his fur is almost blowing in the wind breezes and that his necklace is as well.
The coloring of this is stunning. I love that you made the colors almost "melt" together. I love that little red touch in his fur too.
I like the white "dots" you added to, they kinda gave the picture a little lift too
